My method is more than just a workout; it’s a lifestyle. It’s a positive way to incorporate movement into your daily routine while helping you feel more confident, stronger, and vibrant in your own skin. There is movement here for everyone, and together, we can elevate your workout experience, create effective change, and find your passion to move. The sweat is real!
Having dedicated my early life to fitness and athletics, I have always looked for workouts that shaped my body the way I wanted it and made me feel strong; I also paid attention to the workouts I did not like! Now, as a mother of two precious lil’ babes, wife to the most incredible husband, and former NCAA athlete, I had to adjust my fitness journey to fit my lifestyle. This led me to fall in love with Barre and become a certified Barre Instructor. Now, with a lifetime of fitness experience and Barre’s core values and techniques, I have created the BT Method to help my community achieve their fitness goals. I have dedicated my life to fitness and now I am blessed with the opportunity to share this lifestyle with all of you. About Me…well I am a mom of two precious lil babes and a wife to the most incredible husband, all of whom I adore more than anything. I am also the Founder of The Barre Teja, creator of The BT Method, a certified Barre Instructor and a lover of all things fitness. I’ve had quite the journey to get me where I am today, so here is a deep dive into my story.
