This Privacy Policy pertains to Personal Information of our members and website users (“you”) that is Managed by The Barre Teja throughout of our business, including our subscription services and personal sessions on The Barre Teja website (the “Site”), our Social Media platforms and other existing or potential online offers (the “Services“). This Privacy Policy is part of The Barre Teja’s Terms of Use (the “Terms“), which may be updated, revised or replaced at any time or from time to time. The Barre Teja collects Personal Information from its active, potential, and past subscribed members. “Personal Information” means your confidential personal data and includes your first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, social media handle, location, username, billing and account information.

Analytic Information, Cookies and Pixel Tags: As you use, visit, browse, explore and interact with The Barre Teja Site and Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies such as: analytics (to report and collect aggregated information regarding demographics and user behavior), pixel tags (code embedded in a site to collect user engagement), and cookies (information that is stored by your browser in the memory of your device) to help us customize, learn and gather certain information about your preferences, devices, browsing patterns, and tendencies, which may include:

The Barre Teja collects information about you in the following ways both directly and indirectly:
I.Paid Subscription: Personal Information is collected when you subscribe to any offered services. Payment method and information is not stored or collected unless otherwise directly stated.
a.Third-Party Payment: Currently, all payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. By making any payments to access a service, you are authorizing The Barre Teja to disclose your payment method information to the Third-Party provider, where your payment information will be administered by the Third-Party’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
II.Communications: Personal Information may be collected when connecting with The Barre Teja by making requests to customer support, inquiring about any offered service, or signing up for any of The Barre Teja’s communication: email or newsletter, which you will be able to opt-out of at any time.
a. Third-Party Sources: Personal Information will be gathered from Third-Party sources or Social Media Platforms (ie: Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok) which are publicly displayed such as: name, social handle, location, sex, email, profile picture, birthdate and public followers/following or through Direct Messaging (DM) communication
i.DISCLOSURE: As The Barre Teja site may have links to Third-Party Sites or Social Media platforms, we do not have any control of such websites, and encourage you to follow up, read and understand each sites individual policies and procedures.
III. Contests/Giveaways/Promotions: The Barre Teja may host different contests, giveaways or promotional incentives where your personal information may be collected in order to reach out to you directly for business and marking reasonings or to gather individualized preferences.
IV. Surveys/Questionnaires/Reviews: To continually strive to serve you better, our team may connect with you to voluntarily partake in any survey, questionnaire, and/or to provide a review or testimonial about your experience with our services.
a. Submitted Content: You give permission for The Barre Teja to freely utilize any submitted communication, data, content, suggestion, input, comment or feedback at any point in time.
V. Fitness Information: To better understand our community and you as a member, we may collect information regarding the services you purchased, the length of time completing workouts, the types of workouts you prefer, the date you completed a movement, purchase history, fitness/movement goals and the total number of workouts finished.
VI. Posting on The Barre Teja Social Forums: The Barre Teja has built a community on different Social Media platforms and may look to further that connection through blogs or other mediums. If you choose to participate in any conversation, submit content, provide input, send in pictures or publicly post in any way, the submitted content will not be held to this Privacy Policy.
a.Image and Voice: Images, photos, videos, voice recordings and likeness may be captured, collected or taken at any point during a LIVE class, personal session or when connecting with customer service.
VII. Location: To have a clearer understanding of where our community is located, we may collect your GPS location, country, postal/zip code, region and Internet protocol (IP) address.
VIII. Data Collection. We may at any point collect certain information such as your IP address, mobile carrier, cookie identifiers, and other device identifiers that are automatically designated to your computer or device when connecting to the Internet.
3. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
We utilize the personal information that we collect or that is provided by you in various ways to best operate as a business and to optimally serve you better including the following:
I. Service-Related Usage or Information Requested to:
a. Best manage your Barre Teja account
b. Properly respond to any questions, concerns and comments
c. Grant access to certain features of our Services
d. Track, monitor, analyze, and observe your fitness and health related indicators and subscription usage trends
e. Connect with you to best answer requests for customer support
f. Provide you with the ability to participate in any live/virtual class or events.
II. Administrative Work to:
a. Better understand and analyze trends of service usage
b. Improve, create and develop features, services and offerings
c. Verify your account and identity
d. Send emails to the provided email address to verify account, to communicate concerns regarding your account, to inform of any modifications to services/systems/features and to provide updates of any change in payment totals, charges or policies
e. Process payments (s) for paid subscriptions
f. Control and stop any forbidden, prohibited or illegal actions
g. Control and enforce Terms of Use.
III. Marketing Purposes to:
a. Provide tailored, useful, desired and relevant content, promotions, contests, giveaways and features via phone, text, mail, email, newsletters, and social media (*option to opt-out where applicable)
b. Notify and keep you up to date on offers, services and feature
c. Administer voluntary surveys or questionnaires; gather feedback or testimonial submissions; and/or expand our community through referral program connections

Corporate Partners: We are permitted to pass along and share your personal information to advisors, potential partners/businesses and any other third parties in the case of a merger, restructure, reorganization, buyout, or any other transfer of assets, such as liquidation and bankruptcy, under which all would be obligated to withhold the same confidential privacy standards.
III. Applicable Laws: In accordance with applicable laws complying with Legal Requirements, we may disclose at any time your personal information if it is necessary to conform with legal process, answer to governing authorities, implement our Terms of Use, and to protect our property, privacy, rights, safety, associates, and intellect.

De-Identifiable Statistical Analysis: The information we collect and receive may be used collaboratively with third-parties to create summative or statistical data that does not directly identify you as certain individual, but rather helps draw general conclusions based on user demographics, patterns and tendencies. a. We are not responsible for the privacy standards of users who see posted information or your publicly shared information (ie: comments/reviews on social media)

We have measures in place to protect your Personal Information, to ensure that your information is secured from inadvertent loss or unsanctioned access, and is in agreement to this Privacy Policy. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee 100% security of the personal information provided or collected due to the uncertainty of the Internet. The Barre Teja will not be held accountable or liable for any inadvertent disclosure or release of information. Any and all submission of data is done so at your own risk.
