PURE BARRE

This signature BT Method class combines movements inspired from pilates, ballet, yoga and strength training workouts, done both on the floor and at the barre, with or without props. This full body, low impact, high intensity class is the perfect balance of coordination, endurance and controlled muscle sculpting movements, working to strengthen and tone your entire body.

*Option to use resistance bands, weights, ball, cloth. Modifications demonstrated throughout.

BARRE X

Take your Pure Barre to the neXt level. Barre X is an intricate, high energy, fast paced cardio and sculpt class, incorporating cardio bursts, power positions and resistance training to deepen the muscle movements.

During Barre X, you will merge elements from Pure Barre with intensified strength training and endurance elements to sculpt the muscles, elevate the heart rate, build strength and challenge your coordination, all while utilizing bands, sliders, balls and weights. Tap into your X factor, challenge the different muscles groups simultaneously for a full body burn like no other.

*Option to use no equipment. Modifications throughout.

The Starter Series is the perfect place to start with the BT Method! If you are looking for a beginner class to help bring you back to your practice, to help you find movement again, to find workouts suitable for pre/postnatal (with the go ahead from your medical professional), or if you are wanting to focus on controlled, low impact, specified movements, this series is for you! Together let’s slow it down while still embracing that burn and sculpt defined lean lines throughout your entire body.

Option to increase the difficulty of the HIIT by adding more rounds to the workout. Transform your entire body and HIIT the barre burning.

BARRE30

Barre30 is a shorter 30-minute version of Pure Barre or Barre X class (always a surprise!) for a quick burn to start or end your day.

Welcome to Barre HIIT, a high-intensity, cardio, interval workout that will work to elevate your heart rate, improve your endurance, build your strength and will surely get you sweating. A Barre HIIT session will combine timed interval bursts of your favourite movements, followed by moments of recovery. No equipment necessary, option to add props as you see fit. Option to increase the difficulty of the HIIT by adding more rounds to the workout. Transform your entire body and HIIT the barre burning.
