I found The Barre Teja at a time in my life, and postpartum journey, where I felt completely stuck. Body image issues were beginning to creep in, and I was so incredibly unhappy and disappointed with my consistency with movement and lack of energy. I knew I had to make a change.

Our consult chat was so therapeutic for so many reasons, but I just knew 1 to 1 sessions with her were exactly what I needed. I’ve worked with Teja for almost 4 months now. I have the most energy I’ve had yet postpartum. I feel comfortable in my clothes again. And best of all, I am blown away by my body and my strength. I can say that I have never been this consistent with training, ever.
